The Huawei REV-2E is the big-inflatable option in the flagship REV commercial series and the successor to our REH-2E. Delivering 2130 watts, 1700 Pa of pressure and 650 m³/h of airflow, it's sized for large inflatables of 30 to 45 cubic metres — 6 m+ cinema screens and large constant-air structures — with pressure headroom to spare on exposed sites.
The REV-2E delivers its 1700 Pa and 650 m³/h from a 2130W motor — 270 watts less than the 2400W REH-2E it replaces — and comes in at 16.2 kg net against the older unit's 16.6 kg. Less draw on the circuit, less weight in the van, no compromise on hold-up.
The hollow blow-moulded shell with an optimised air intake shrugs off event-site handling, and units stack up to four high for transport and storage. Built-in cable winding keeps the 5 m cord tidy between jobs instead of tangled in the trailer.
The motor runs stable across a wide voltage range and carries upgraded safety protection, certified to UL, CE and CB standards. Note that 2130W is a heavy single-circuit load — run the blower on its own dedicated 10 A circuit rather than sharing with your projector or audio.
It delivers 1700 Pa and 650 m³/h from a 2130W motor, where the REH-2E drew 2400W — so less load on the circuit for the same job — and it's slightly lighter at 16.2 kg against 16.6 kg. It also adds the REV series' blow-moulded shell, stacking up to four high and built-in cable winding, and carries UL, CE and CB certification.
Choose the 2hp for large inflatables of 30–45 m³ — cinema screens of 6 m and up, or large constant-air structures. Its 1700 Pa of pressure also gives you headroom on exposed, windy sites where the screen needs to hold firm. For smaller inflatables, the 1.5hp REV blower is the better match.
A standard Australian 240V outlet — it runs on 220–240V 50Hz with a 10 A plug and a 5 m cord. At 2130W it's a heavy single-circuit load, so run it on a dedicated 10 A circuit and keep the projector and audio on a separate one. Avoid lightweight daisy-chained extension leads.
